Lead Salesforce CRM Analytics Developer
to spearhead the design and development of CRM dashboards and components within our Asset Management organization.
This role involves leading a small team, leveraging expertise in Salesforce Analytics (CRMA) to deliver high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
Lead the development of CRMA dashboards and components
Manage datasets, dataflows, and recipes to meet analytics requirements
Customize Salesforce functionality to align with business needs
Handle troubleshooting and debugging of Salesforce applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Salesforce solutions
Work closely with a team of 6 to 10 professionals with diverse skill sets
Implement business logic in Salesforce effectively
Execute routine tasks with focus, managing multiple priorities
Requirements
Proficiency in Salesforce Analytics (CRMA) with a demonstrated track record
Minimum of 5 years' experience with Salesforce Primary Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate under tight deadlines
Expertise in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Capability to lead a team and manage project deliverables
Nice to have
Understanding of unique business requirements in Salesforce
Familiarity with stress-resistant workflows and high-pressure scenarios
