Key Responsibilities Hire, train, and coach sales reps (run training classes & workshops) Lead weekly meetings, track performance, and drive quota achievement Ride alongs and in field coaching Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews Build a positive, high-performing team culture aligned with company goals Requirements One-call close experience (Exterior/Interior Remodeling) — required 3+ years in sales, 1+ year in sales management High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills Details W2, OTE $250,000 - $400,000+ Draw, commission & bonuses paid weekly Benefits: Medical, dental, vision (after 30 days) Full-time, weekends required Field-based role
