Nursery Practitioner - Level 3

Position: Nursery Practitioner - Level 2/3
Type: Permanent | Schedule: Monday – Friday | 40 hours per week | Pay: Up to £13.61 p/h

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging learning experiences for a key group, supporting children’s development and progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure children’s safety, wellbeing, and high-quality learning environments.
• Build strong partnerships with parents to contribute to positive outcomes for every child.
• Assess, track, and report on children’s development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Bring a fun, caring, and enthusiastic approach, while committing to your own professional development.

Requirements:

• A passion for working in childcare.
• Sound knowledge of EYFS.
• Relevant Level 3 qualification (e.g., NVQ, CACHE, BTEC, NNEB, EY Educator).
• Flexibility to work shifts between 7:30 am – 6:00 pm (up to 40 hours per week).
