Salary: £28,308 per annum (£13.61 per hour)

As a Nursery Practitioner, your main duties and responsibilities will include:

• Creating stimulating and purposeful experiences tailored to children's age and development.
• Ensuring compliance with the statutory framework for the EYFS.
• Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the nursery.
• Supporting the smooth running of the nursery and the wellbeing of children, staff, and families.
• Building professional relationships and reporting any concerns in line with company policy.
• Facilitating a strong key person approach to help children form secure attachments.
• Participating in regular team meetings to stay updated on key priorities and developments.

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

• A full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification (essential).
• Fluency in written and spoken English (essential).
• Over 1 year of experience in Early Years (desirable).
• Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements (desirable).
