We are partnered with a leading manufacturer and supplier of

for SAG, ball, and rod mills used in mining and mineral processing applications. We are seeking a

Technical Sales Support Specialist

to provide expert guidance to sales team and customers, ensuring they receive the best solutions for their grinding operations.

What You'll Do:

Support the sales team with technical expertise, product selection, and customer inquiries. Provide guidance on mill liner design, material selection, wear performance, and optimization. Assist customers with mill liner performance analysis and recommend improvements. Prepare technical proposals, quotes, and documentation for customers. Deliver presentations, training, and product demonstrations to clients and internal teams. Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction. Stay up to date with industry trends, materials technology, and competitor products. Travel occasionally for site visits, trade shows, and customer support.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

3+ years in technical sales support, engineering, or mill liner applications in mining or mineral processing industries. Education:

Degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related field (preferred but not required with relevant experience). Technical Knowledge:

Understanding of mill liners, grinding mill operations, and wear-resistant materials. Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to analyze mill liner performance and propose optimization strategies. Communication Skills:

Ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Travel:

Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.
