Job Description
We are seeking a detailoriented Customer Service Representative in Dallas to manage inbound and outbound communications, schedule and reschedule service orders, and maintain timely email responses. This role is responsible for daily invoicing, updating customer accounts, preparing technicians’ work schedules, and tracking job progress to ensure completion. The coordinator will support strong technician relationships, contribute to team growth across multiple markets, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fastpaced environment. Success in this role requires an upbeat and positive attitude, a commitment to accuracy and responsiveness, and the ability to work collaboratively while helping expand our customer base.
Requirements:
Typing at least 35 words per minute
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
