A large healthcare employer is hiring for a Remote Data Engineer/Analyst who will be joining an understaffed team. This resource will be responsible for end to end data management including data analysis, ETL development, SQL development, SSIS, SSRS, and regression testing. JIRA is used for organization. The data is clinical. Everything is in sprints and agile but often have to pivot on a dime for audits. Some of the work is related to annual CMS audits.

Required Skills & Experience

3-5 years of SQL development and analysis experience Experience gathering requirements from stakeholders Experience with positive and negative testing (happy path testing) Experience analyzing code for efficiency Skilled at stored procedures, complex queries, and multi table joins Experience creating SSIS packages Experience with ETL development Skilled in SSRS Experience with regression testing Experience and desire to rewrite broken or inefficient SQL code Critical thinking and communication skills
