We are seeking a Junior Mechanical Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of mechanical projects across Ireland & Europe, primarily within the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences sector.

• Assist with cost control, forecasting, and Monthly reporting.
  
• Support subcontractor procurement, valuations, and payments
  
• Track variations and change orders
  
• Carry out measurement and take‑offs from drawings and BIM
  
• Contribute to monthly commercial reporting
  
• Support senior QSs on site in Ireland and across Europe
  

• 
  
• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Mechanical Engineering, or similar
  
• Strong numerical and Excel skills
  
• Willingness to travel across Europe
  
• Proactive attitude with a desire to learn and progress
