MLR are seeking a General Manager to oversee a safe and sought‑after mothers and babies emergency accommodation service in Dublin. This is not a short‑stay centre, many residents remain for extended periods so the role is key to maintaining stability, comfort, and community.
The General Manager will lead a small, dedicated team, ensure high operational standards, and act as the main liaison with Dublin City Council and other partners. They will create SOPs to bring structure and consistency, while introducing creative and engaging activities for the children, helping them learn, play, and develop in a safe, nurturing environment. xcfaprz
