Technical Delivery Manager – Data & AI

We’re hiring a Technical Delivery Manager to take ownership of enterprise‑scale delivery across enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and a Data & AI programme.

This is a senior role. You will sit between client leadership and delivery teams, setting direction, making delivery decisions, and ensuring complex programmes move from plan to live operation.

In this role, you will:

• Own delivery governance across enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and Data & AI workstreams.
• Lead planning, execution and transition to live services across multiple parallel workstreams.
• Act as the primary delivery interface between client leadership, internal teams and external vendors.
• Provide technical oversight and input into architecture and design decisions.
• Manage delivery, technical and security risk across complex environments.
• Oversee data platforms and governed AI initiatives, including pilots moving into production.

This is a delivery leadership role in a complex environment. You will be expected to bring technical judgement, delivery discipline and clarity where there are competing priorities and dependencies.

You will have:

• A strong engineering background with experience leading large‑scale enterprise delivery.
• Experience working across Microsoft platforms including M365, SharePoint, Azure, Power Platform and data platforms.
• The ability to operate confidently with senior stakeholders in regulated or public‑sector settings.
