Experience: • 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. Requirements: • No current placement allowed at Program: Favorite Healthcare Program - Endeavor Health. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process. Additional Details: Candidates should be able to start within 2 to 3 weeks of offer. Preferred Skills/Experience: 2+ years of Cath Lab and EP Experience Shift & Scheduling: Weekends as needed On-Call Requirements: 2-3 days per week, every third weekend, 2 hrs guaranteed when called in Holiday Requirements: As needed 7 days maximum time off 2 references from any number of months (Any reference type) - required for submission Proof of identification required Certifications: • CI (Cardiac Interventional Radiography) • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) • BLS (Basic Life Support) Skills Checklist: Yes References: Yes Certifications: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, Cardiac Interventional Radiography, Basic Life Support Job Details Job Type: Travel Nurse/Patient: – – Shift Type: Day Contract Date: Start ASAP Expected Length: 10 weeks Hours per Shift: 10 Shifts per Week: 4
