Local Contract ✅The facility pays for the mileage to and back from the facility. ✅Census/Bed Size:

50-bed skilled nursing and long-term care residence. ✅Shift/Schedule: M-F ✅Priorities: The QA RN has responsibilities for incident review and investigation, serves as the primary wound nurse, leads infection preventionist, and assists with the on-call rotation (generally one weekend every 4 weeks).
