About the Role We are looking for a QA Engineer to help ensure the quality and reliability of Keeper’s software. This role involves working closely with engineering and product teams to develop test strategies, execute tests, and support automated testing initiatives.
Responsibilities
Create, execute, and maintain test cases based on product requirements and user stories
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to understand new features and ensure appropriate test coverage
Identify, document, and track defects in Jira with clear, reproducible steps and expected outcomes
Assist in reproducing and validating customer‑reported issues
Validate new releases and updates to ensure existing functionality and user experience are not impacted
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, documentation, and testing standards
Support automated testing efforts where applicable, in partnership withdb engineering and QA teams
Requirements
Ability to write clear, detailed, and reproducible bug reports and manage them through Jira
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams
Due to the role’s involvement in GovCloud, all applicants must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident)
Preferred Requirements & Benefits

Experience testing security‑sensitive applications such as password managers or authentication tools
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
