As the Integration Solutions Architect (ISA), you will play a crucial role as a strategic consultant to our Sales team. Your main responsibility will be to identify complex supply chain inefficiencies and devise tailored integration solutions to address them. You will lead the technical exploration, create impactful Proof of Concepts (POCs), and act as the go-to expert on how our platform can seamlessly integrate with customer ecosystems and streamline B2B processes, ultimately enhancing resilience and scalability.
Your Key Responsibilities
Serve as the technical lead and trusted advisor throughout the entire sales process.
Conduct discovery sessions with prospective and existing clients to obtain comprehensive business and technology requirements.
Transform complex technical architectures into clear business outcomes for stakeholders, including CTOs, COOs, and VPs of Supply Chain.
Showcase the benefits of our solutions through engaging presentations and live demonstrations, both on-site and remotely.
Work collaboratively with Product Management to provide essential customer feedback, shaping product development based on market insights and client needs.
Evaluate, define, and execute proofs of concept (POCs) to illustrate the advantages of our solutions within client environments.
Take the lead on technical responses for RFIs/RFPs, clearly articulating our unique value propositions in comparison to competitors.
Your Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
At least 5 years of experience in pre‑sales or customer‑facing technical roles, such as support or services.
Proficiency with both cloud‑based and on‑premises integration software solutions.
Solid understanding of core Supply Chain processes, including Order‑to‑Cash, Procure‑to‑Pay, and Load Tender‑to‑Invoice.
Familiarity with B2B integrations, covering EDI, REST/SOAP APIs, and JSON/XML data structures.
