Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; professional certifications or a graduate degree preferred. 8+ years of application development experience across web and cloud solutions, plus 4+ years in application and system design with emphasis on scalable, distributed architectures—especially in Microsoft Azure. Strong foundation in OOP, design patterns, architecture principles, and enterprise frameworks. Proficiency with multiple programming languages, Microsoft technologies, cloud computing, and distributed systems. Advanced knowledge of database design, optimization, data warehousing, and secure coding practices. Experience with Agile, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, TDD, and long-term code maintainability. Strong leadership, mentorship, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills. Ability to integrate emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, blockchain, automation, and cloud‑native architectures. Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work independently, including travel as needed. Why work here
