Basic knowledge about different modes of telecommunication and how they generate expense to the company
Junior role
ServiceNow experience
Telecom analyst experience
Support role experience
Accomplished time management skills, prioritizing large workloads, holding self and others accountable for their deliverables
Excellent communication, observation, and analytical skills
Accelerated Excel competency required to analyze, reconcile, and manipulate large amounts of data
Ability to analyze expenses, identify patterns, and recommend actions to reduce cost
Committed to building strong relationships with internal customers and external suppliers, excelling at stakeholder management
Knowledge of accounting and financial management
Understanding of invoice, allocation, and organizational hierarchy in relation to accounting practices
Responsibilities
Takes direction/tasks from manager/team leads
Interact with vendors
Work closely with project implementation teams
Partner with our TEM (Telecom Expense Management) Vendor
Inventory management
Audit Reviews
Reporting
Research in both internal and external systems
