Experience: • 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. Requirements: • This role will require floating to multiple units • Local & travel allowed. • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest. • 12 months gap required between for Part-Time at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest. • 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - Advocate Health Midwest. Cath lab experience and experience with these patient types (Diagnostics, interventional, femoral and radial approach, IFR, FFR, Balloon pumps) Balloon pumps, temp pacers Unit/Facility Details:
Parking: Parking lot, free Shift & Scheduling: • Open to 4-8s, 4-9s, 4-10s • Around 15 days of call a month, this will include weekdays, weekends, and holidays. • Every 3rd weekend, one to two night per week. • Holidays as needed Floating Requirements:
Only between rooms in the department and the pre-op area 7 days maximum time off 1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required after submission 1 reference from last 12 months (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission Proof of identification required Certifications: • BLS (Basic Life Support) • CI (Cardiac Interventional Radiography) or the alternative certification RCIS • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Skills Checklist: Yes References: Yes Certifications: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, Cardiac Interventional Radiography, Basic Life Support Job Details Job Type: Travel Nurse/Patient: – – Shift Type: Day Contract Date: 2026-01-19 Expected Length: 13 weeks Hours per Shift: 10 Shifts per Week: 4
