Location: Richmond, VA
Our client, a Richmond, VA based leading provider of pediatric speech therapy, is actively recruiting an enthusiastic and dynamic Speech Language Pathologist to become a vital part of our expanding team. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact by providing high-quality, discipline-specific treatment to children with developmental delays, disabilities, and autism spectrum disorders (ASD).
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough evaluations of children to assess their needs and challenges.
* Develop and monitor individualized treatment goals and plans
* Administer standardized assessments to gauge developmental progress.
* Provide parent education and support, fostering collaboration in the therapeutic process.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for each child.
Qualifications:
* Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
* VA State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
* New graduates are also encouraged to apply; mentorship opportunities available.
* Passion for working with pediatric populations and a commitment to enhancing children's communication skills.

Preferred:
On site, but will consider remote teletherapy with VA licensure
2-5 years speech pathology experience

Competitive hourly rate $40-65/hour based on skills and experience
