Our services include MVP development, UX design, UX strategy, and AI integration to drive innovation and enhance operations.
As we expand our Legal AI services, we are seeking a driven and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us bring our Legal AI solution to market and generate new business opportunities.
Role Description As our SDR, you’ll be responsible for building outbound campaigns, identifying and qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for our strategy and closing teams. This is a commission-based, remote independent contractor role with strong incentives tied to performance. You’ll begin with our Legal AI solution and later expand into other service verticals like mobile app development, UX design, and MVP development.
Responsibilities
Build and execute outbound prospecting campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn
Help refine our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and segmentation strategies
Set up discovery meetings with qualified decision-makers
Collaborate with our AI Strategic Lead to ensure messaging aligns with value proposition
Track outreach activity, pipeline status, and lead progression in HubSpot
Provide weekly performance updates and reporting
Requirements
Proven experience in outbound B2B sales, business development, or lead generation
Comfortable explaining modern SaaS or AI services to business stakeholders (legal sector experience a plus)
Results-driven, self-managed, and highly accountable
Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, or comparable CRM/prospecting tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
Familiarity with the legal industry or AI-based solutions is a plus
Compensation This is a commission-based contractor role with performance incentives, including:
Per-lead payout for qualified Sales Accepted Leads (SALs)
Commission on closed deals sourced by you
Bonus opportunity for exceeding quarterly revenue thresholds
