The ecosystem includes AI-driven features, scalable infrastructure, and production-level DevOps practices. Weare currently looking for a Middle Python Backend Engineer with astrong DevOps mindset
who can combine backend development with infrastructure support and ownership. Weexpect engineers toactively leverageAI coding assistants asacore part oftheir development process for architecture decisions, debugging, and code generation. Requirements
3+years ofexperience with Python Celery + Redis Experience with AI-driven development tools (Codex(OpenAI), Claude Code) integrated into daily workflow Solid understanding ofREST APIs and system design Docker and basic Kubernetes experience CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions orsimilar) Experience with MySQL, Redis Basic knowledge ofPHP (Laravel/ Symfony) Fluent inEnglish, both written and spoken. Will beaplus
Experience with RAG/ vector databases (Pinecone, Elasticsearch) Terraform orAnsible AWS orGCP Responsibilities
Build and maintain Django REST APIs for AI-driven features Integrate LLM services (OpenAI/Gemini) with structured prompts Implement background processing with Celery Containerize services and support Kubernetes deployments Maintain CI/CD pipelines and support production infrastructure Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams What WeOffer
