As a Machine Learning Engineer, you’ll implement machine learning algorithms to benefit Pinners and Creators globally. You’ll work in fast iterations, prototyping solutions and integrating with various engineering teams. Your responsibilities include feature development across the stack, researching novel approaches, optimizing performance, and ensuring product quality. You will be working on improving current deep learning technologies, for example, object detection, classification, segmentation, visual similarity, data pipelines and some novel generative AI technologies.

This role may require in‑office collaboration 1–2 times a month.
What we’re looking for:
4+ years of software engineering experience.
2+ years of industry experience in machine learning, particularly Deep Learning for Computer Vision using the PyTorch framework.
Deep understanding of modern Neural Network architectures for CV problems.
Expertise in Python for building effective machine learning pipelines.
Strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals.
Self‑driven and open to learning quickly with flexibility.
Strong communication skills and product intuition.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
