Your Impact
Provide analytic data to support our annual sales planning including quota planning, go‑to‑market modeling, capacity modeling and optimization.
Convert raw data into well‑presented and useful business information that drives business decisions.
Drive standards of performance and specific activities that align with the predefined success criteria for the sales organization; track and report on these activities to ensure outcomes are on track / met.
Track regularly the metrics on general business performance, average discounts, non‑standard exceptions, etc., and recommend action items for improvement.
Skills & Experience
Excellent analytical skills (5‑7 years of experience) with strong attention to detail. Experience using reporting and analytics applications preferred; Salesforce preferred.
Advanced skills in Excel/gSheets & SQL.
Advanced skills with Tableau dashboarding, or LookerStudio dashboarding.
Experience with Google’s G Suite (Gemini, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides).
Education Bachelor's Degree in any field or equivalent work experience. Bachelor's Degree in statistics, analytics, or finance preferred.
Compensation The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer, this is the pay range that Magnit (the staffing agency) reasonably expects to pay for this position: $65/hour to $70/hour. Please note that the compensation information in this posting reflects the hourly wage only and does not include benefits. Magnit offers Medical, Dental, Vision and 401K.
