Commission‑based compensation (1099)
Natural leadership quality (not necessarily managerial)
Key Responsibilities
Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients
Learn a 10‑minute presentation and present/clarify insurance strategies to prospective clients
Conduct needs assessments to understand and address clients’ insurance requirements
Access warm leads—NO COLD CALLING
Passionate about serving others through sales, ready for unlimited growth opportunities
