This is an exciting opportunity to work with the industry’s most trusted source of Microsoft-focused information, training, and advisory services. About the Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers. You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base by connecting enterprise organizations with Directions’ suite of expert resources. This position offers a collaborative and supportive environment where you can make a meaningful impact, with opportunities to advance into the highly compensated Directions account executive role. Our Fortune 1000 clients rely on our insights to navigate Microsoft-related decisions and maximize their investments. Your Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach. Identify customer needs and align them with our solutions. Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and senior sales executives. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline metrics using CRM tools. Collaborate with marketing to execute lead generation campaigns. Qualifications
3+ years of proven sales or customer success experience in a technology-related industry. Highly conscientious, self-motivated, and uphold the highest level of integrity. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, especially for online presentations. Dependable, outgoing, positive, and team-oriented. Coachable with a humble attitude. Experience using CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Bachelor’s degree required.
