This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Representative based in Lancaster, NY, with some remote work flexibility. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, presenting product offerings, and closing sales. Additional duties include conducting market research, accurately maintaining sales records, and collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to meet sales targets. Professionals in this role will contribute to representing Scarpone and Sons Inc. professionally to address client needs. Qualifications
Proven sales skills, including prospecting, presenting, and closing sales Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer relationship-building abilities Basic understanding of market research and data analysis Strong self-motivation, accountability, and the ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment Team collaboration skills to work effectively with marketing and operations teams Previous experience in the home improvement or construction industries is a plus Proficiency with CRM software or sales tools is highly desirable High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for client meetings as needed
