Tempe Post Acute is hiring a *full-time Physical Therapist* to join our in-house therapy team. If you're passionate about helping patients regain independence and mobility, and want to be part of a collaborative, patient-focused care model, this is the place for you.
Our facility in Tempe, AZ, offers a supportive work environment, competitive compensation, and a consistent Monday–Friday schedule—with *no weekends required*.

*What You’ll Do:*
* Evaluate patients and design evidence-based treatment plans
* Deliver personalized physical therapy to improve function and mobility
* Educate patients and caregivers to support lasting outcomes
* Work with OTs, SLPs, nurses, and case managers for holistic care
* Document progress accurately and on time
* Promote safety and follow infection control procedures
*What We’re Looking For:*
* *Licensed Physical Therapist* in Arizona (or eligible for licensure)
* Passionate about skilled nursing and post-acute care
* Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
* Team-oriented and committed to quality outcomes
