Why this role matters
You'll be our first dedicated customer success hire. You'll define what great looks like for every Lette customer from here on out: in the room during onboarding, deep in the product with our clients, and the person who understands their operations better than anyone outside their own team.
Property management is being transformed by AI. The operators we work with need a partner who can guide them through that shift with confidence. That partner is you.
What you'll do
Initially, you'll own everything from onboarding through to ongoing success. As we scale, the team will grow around you.
Day one:
- Lead onboarding end to end, from signed contract through live rollout, minimising time to value.
- Drive adoption by understanding each customer's operations and educating on best practice for AI-powered workflows.
- Configure and optimise Lette's AI for each customer's portfolio, helping them understand what AI handles versus what gets escalated.
- Manage a growing portfolio of clients across Ireland and the UK, owning retention, NRR, and expansion targets.
- Build success plans aligned to each customer's strategy, clearly articulating value at every step.
- Develop champions at all levels within your accounts.
- Monitor customer health, usage, and AI performance to spot risks and opportunities early.
- Build the playbooks and scalable processes that underpin Lette's entire CS function.
- Be the voice of the customer internally, shaping what Product and Engineering build next.
What you'll bring
- 3-7 years in Customer Success or Account Management in B2B SaaS. Exceptional earlier-career candidates will be considered.
- Startup mindset. Comfortable with ambiguity, fast-moving, and biased toward action.
- Genuine interest in property and eagerness to become an expert in how property teams operate.
- Curiosity about AI-powered products and helping customers get the most from intelligent automation.
- Track record owning renewals, expansion, and commercial outcomes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management, from ops teams to C-suite.
- Experience building processes and SOPs, not just following them.
Location and travel
This role is based in Dublin. You'll meet customers face to face across Ireland and travel frequently to the UK, where we have a large and growing client base. As Lette expands into new markets, travel to those regions will also be part of the role. Being present with customers matters to us.
