Insight Global is seeking 2 UI/UX designers to support a customer facing portfolio of work that focuses on an omnichannel environment for both hardware and software digital products. The design environment is going to be mobile application focused. Candidates need to be local to NJ or NYC, to work in a hybrid model. This role will be end to end UX design but have a focus in UI activities to support design flows related to product Setup and Activation, Email and SMS communications, Customer Support through chat and other omnichannel touchpoints that help consumers have a good product experience. There will be a lot of collaboration in the role. Candidates will report to a lead designer and work with industrial design partners, product and development partners to make sure the design delivery is in line with the scope of work. It is important that candidates can work in an agile environment and have prior experience creating design within an enterprise design system.

Required Skills & Experience

4+ years of enterprise UI/UX design experience for B2C environments Prior experience designing products that went to the consumer market Expert skills in Figma Hands on experience with complex omnichannel mobile application design Experience with Lottie files for app or web design - micro animations for UI design Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Comfortable working within an enterprise design system Strong collaboration skills to work with stakeholders and present design findings Portfolio with up to date case studies showcasing full design process
