Position: Nursery Practitioner - Level 3
Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Salary: £28,246 per annum / £13.58 per hour

Our nursery operates from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM , Monday to Friday, for 51 weeks a year. Your shift will fall within these hours, allowing you to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our children!

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences for children, tailored to their age and development.
• Ensure compliance with the statutory framework for the EYFS .
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the nursery.
• Support the smooth running of the nursery and ensure the safety and wellbeing of children, staff, and families.
• Build strong, professional relationships and report any concerns to management.
• Facilitate a strong key person approach to help children form secure attachments.
• Participate in regular team meetings to stay updated on priorities and policies.
• Prioritize children’s emotional well-being at all times.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification: Essential
• Fluency in written and spoken English: Essential
• Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years: Desirable
• Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS: Desirable
