Nursery Practitioner - Level 3

Location: CherryHarbour Day Nursery, St Marys Road, Hayling Island, PO11 9DD

Salary: £13.23 per hour / £27,518.40 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, All year round

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in shaping the experiences of our children. Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating stimulating and purposeful experiences tailored to each child's age and development stage.
• Ensuring compliance with the statutory framework for the EYFS.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the nursery.
• Building professional relationships and addressing any concerns in line with company policies.
• Facilitating a strong key person approach to help children form secure attachments.
• Participating in regular team meetings to stay updated on priorities and policy changes.

We’re seeking individuals who are enthusiastic and committed to early childhood education. Here’s what you need:

• Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification (essential).
• Fluency in written and spoken English (essential).
• Over 1 year of experience working in Early Years (desirable).
• Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements (desirable).
