  • Location: Harrias Barn, Hedgerley Lane, Beaconsfield, HP9 2SD
  • Hours: Full-time – 40 hours per week (5 days)
  • Salary: £30,680 per annum
  • Qualification: Level 3 Childcare Qualification – Essential

Our nursery is set in a beautifully converted former farm, creating a warm and welcoming environment that has been rated Good by Ofsted. With two spacious barn buildings filled with charm and character, plus a fantastic outdoor space for children to explore, we offer a nurturing atmosphere for both children and families. Our long-standing team, led by experienced management with over 18 years in early years education, is here to support you. Your Role as a Nursery Practitioner

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

  • Ensure that each child’s individual needs are met, delivering high standards of professional care and education in a safe and secure environment.
  • Observe, assess, and plan engaging early years activities that support each child’s unique learning and development.
  • Be an active and professional member of the team, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to develop new skills.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied.
  • Follow risk assessments diligently and report all health and safety matters to management.
  • Enhance the overall daily needs of children, focusing on their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional development.

What You Need to Succeed

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will need:

  • Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification - essential
  • Fluency in written and spoken English - essential
  • Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years - desirable
  • Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - desirable
