* Plan and execute both development and production programs using Earned Value Management System (EVMS) methodology and tools. * Lead cross functional teams in the execution of program requirements including engineering, manufacturing, finance, contracts, etc. * Identify continuous improvement and cost reduction opportunities. * Coordinate with customers to identify opportunities and solutions and provide issue resolution across the program lifecycle, including proposal, production and support. * Provide concise reports on management on status, potential issues, risks, and solution recommendations. * You will also be asked to lead proposal teams to define and develop competitive, winning proposals within the DoD community and its contractors as needed. * Must be able to travel on occasion and as needed.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. * Must have a current and active Top-Secret clearance. Able and willing to attain TS/SCI.
* Hands-on experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) methodology and tools; above average or advanced experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
* Knowledge of UAS data links and SATCOM terminals is desired. * Familiarity with military communications systems is desired. * Experience with FRACAS, trend analysis, Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and repair Turn-Around-Time (TAT) metrics is preferred. * Military or Intelligence Community Experience preferred. * Business/Engineering degree or technical experience.
* Strong written and oral communication skills.
* 8+ years Program Management or related experience within a DoD environment.
