Shift:
7:30 AM - 5:00 PM Experience: • 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • 12 months of acute care experience. Requirements: • Local & travel allowed. Candidates living
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: HealthTrust Program - LifePoint Health and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - LifePoint Health. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process. Additional Details: Shift & Scheduling: Orientation is bi-weekly.
