CSA Supervisor

We have an opportunity for a CSA Supervisor on a major data centre project in Dublin.

The successful candidate will manage the co‑ordination of the Civil, Structural and Architectural work packages.

You will have a demonstrated experience in supervising works packages including civils, fit out, roofing and cladding. There will also be an expectation to manage site safety and ensure quality.

• Manage the co‑ordination of the Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) work packages.
  
• Lead the management of site safety in conjunction with safety personnel, including set‑up, ongoing monitoring, and close‑out.
  
• Oversee site quality assurance (QA) processes in conjunction with the project team.
  
• Manage the project schedule in coordination with Planners, Project Managers, Subcontractors, and Consulting Engineers/Architects to ensure client requirements are met.
  
• Take responsibility for all day‑to‑day site operations.
  
• Manage and coordinate subcontractor activities, tracking progress against schedule and manpower requirements; conduct regular subcontractor meetings.
  
• Oversee and maintain site documentation in line with project and client requirements.
  
• Attend and actively contribute to site meetings, internal project reviews, engineering reviews, planning meetings, co‑ordination meetings, and handover meetings.
  
• Support the close‑out of project deliverables, including Final Account, Punch List, Safety & QA files, material/plant reallocation, and project plan completion.
  
• Ensure all aspects of change management (cost and programme impact) are properly managed and documented.
  
• Review construction drawings and setting‑out details for accuracy and buildability.

• 
  
• Degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience
  
• Ability to manage a team of CSA personnel
  
• Strong communication, numeracy, and problem‑solving skills
  
• At least 7 years relevant experience
  
• Experience in delivering large scale CSA projects
