Salary €100K – €120K DOE

Our client a leading Main contractor is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to lead the tendering process across a range of commercial & residential projects in the Greater Dublin area.

• 
  
• Manage the full bid lifecycle from enquiry to submission
  
• Coordinate internal teams (estimating, planning, design, commercial)
  
• Develop winning bid strategies and technical submissions
  
• Review tender documents, identifying risks and opportunities
  
• Support pricing strategy and lead post-tender negotiations
  

• 
  
• 5–10+ years’ experience in a similar role with a main contractor
  
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying
  
• Strong knowledge of the Irish construction market
  
• Proven track record in delivering successful bids
  
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
  

• 
  
• €100,000 – €120,000+ DOE
