We’re looking for a talented Structural Engineer with 4+ years’ experience to join our growing Dublin-based team and play a key role in delivering high‑quality engineering solutions across a wide range of projects.


The Opportunity

What You’ll Work On

  • Large‑scale residential developments with the Land Development Agency (LDA)
  • High‑rise and low‑rise private residential projects nationwide
  • Refurbishment of historic structures for OPW and other clients
  • New‑build commercial offices and hotels
  • Commercial fit‑out and refurbishment projects
  • Industrial and data centre developments

Your Role

As a Structural Engineer, You Will



  • Support the delivery of projects from feasibility through to construction
  • Contribute to structural design and analysis, working closely with senior engineers
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary design teams
  • Assist in developing practical, efficient, and buildable design solutions
  • Prepare calculations, reports, drawings, and tender documentation
  • Ensure compliance with Eurocodes, standards, and best practice
  • Participate in site visits and construction‑stage activities
  • Support continuous improvement of technical standards and processes

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 8+ Degree in Structural Engineering (Masters or Honours)
  • 4+ years’ experience on a range of structural projects
  • Working knowledge of Eurocodes (Ireland/UK/Europe experience preferred)
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
  • Experience with structural analysis xcfaprz software (e.g. Tekla, Tedds, ETABS)
  • Exposure to site inspections / BCAR processes (desirable)
  • Motivation to achieve Chartered Engineer status (Engineers Ireland / IStructE)
