Supported by a team of professionals skilled in design, sourcing, production, sales, marketing & distribution of premium quality children's wear, Haddad distributes globally to 100+ countries and maintains sales and sourcing offices in 22 cities globally, including New York, Paris, Hilversum, Shanghai, Egypt, Bangkok, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, London and Montreal.
Overview:
The Assistant Sales Manager will assist a Sales Manager and the Global Sales team with multiple accounts while managing all sample requests.
Key Accountabilities:
Develop a deep understanding of all aspects of the international partnership
Master usage of Haddad Brands systems which are applicable to the international business
Partner with Associate Sales Manager and Sales Manager on administrative support needed internally and externally
Participate in Haddad Brands trainings including on-boarding sessions as well as systems tutorials
Communicate daily with internal teams on tasks completed and pending to ensure the needs of the international partners are being met
Recap all internal and external meetings and follow up on the actionable next steps
Ensure samples are effectively managed and pack/unpack samples for all necessary market appointments
Support the sales and design team on GTM market preparation
Support international customers in off calendar NY market week appointments with their retailers
Special projects as needed
Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities/Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising or related field
Prior internships and/or related experience required
Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office

Salary Description
$50,000 - $55,000 per year
