Your Role
The Territory Sales Manager - Northern California will drive Uson's growth in the MedTech sector by developing new business, uncovering opportunities, and expanding customer relationships. This high-energy role requires a results-driven sales professional with a strong business development mindset and a proven track record of success.
Sales Strategy:
Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
Set and implement short- and long-term goals and strategies.
Account Management:
Manage and grow designated accounts.
Analyze and report key metrics, costs, and results providing actionable insights
Compare forecasted versus actual results to identify performance gaps.
Customer Engagement:
Build strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify and engage new customers to expand market reach.
Collaborate with peers to share best practices and competitive insights.
Technology and Product Feedback:
Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and track performance.
Provide feedback on product enhancements.

QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3+ years of relevant B2B sales manufacturing experience.
Preferred knowledge of laser welding and /or extrusion/injection molding.
Preferred familiarity with medical device manufacturing.
A proven track record of successful work experience.
Experience with a CRM a plus.
Skills
Strong analytical and reasoning abilities to solve problems and interpret data.
Effective communication, both written and verbal, with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic financial calculations (e.g., discounts, percentages, commissions).
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Regularly required to sit, talk, and use hands; occasionally required to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs.
Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment:
Work may involve exposure to moderate noise, mechanical parts, or airborne particles when visiting operational or laboratory areas.
Travel: Domestic 80% travel within the Bay Area territory
