Job Description

CTR Group is seeking a Technical Sales Support Specialist for Electronic Manufactured Products for a Manufacturing Company in the Saint Louis, MO area.

Salary Range: $61K - $68K with outstanding benefits

SUMMARY:

This position is located at the Corporate Office of the manufacturing company. This position handles the technical support calls for our products.

Assist customers in the proper selection of Company products, installation, calibration, and minor troubleshooting. • Travel, as required, to determine product potentials, customer needs, and assist in the sale of products. • Maintain proper communication with assigned sales territories to ensure that sales support is provided as may be required in sales plans. • Arrange and conduct meetings with customers at Company's headquarters. • Present Company products, systems, and problem solutions to customers at conferences as scheduled by sales personnel. • Assist in promotion activities including trade shows. • Interface and communicate with marketing personnel to provide market feedback for successful product specifications and development. • Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate's Degree in Electronics, Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Technology preferred. • Strong technical and diagnostic skills. • Good communication skills. • Experienced in Microsoft Office. • Minimum one year experience on all Company products preferred. • Willingness to travel into assigned territories.
