We are seeking a *Senior Program Manager* to own our highest-complexity, highest-value customer programs. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced program manager who thrives in technically complex environments and excels at building deep, lasting customer relationships.
*About the Role*
CargoSense offers an exception management service to customers with complex, mission-critical supply chains. Each customer program is a unique combination of *high-touch service components, data integration and analysis, exception detection and response playbooks, bespoke workflows, and continual reporting.* As a Senior Program Manager, you'll own our highest-complexity, highest-value customer programs — managing intricate cross-functional delivery while maintaining the deep customer relationships that keep these programs running effectively over time.
You'll be the primary point of contact for your customers from post-pilot through launch and into ongoing operations, responsible for ensuring we meet our commitments and continually deliver on the business case. This is a role that blends *project management discipline* with relationship building and creative problem-solving across a technically complex service.
You'll operate with significant autonomy, navigating ambiguity across technical and operational challenges that don't have obvious playbooks. Your programs will involve more stakeholders, tighter constraints, and higher expectations than our average program.
*What You'll Do*
* Own our most complex customer programs end-to-end across the post-sale lifecycle – from managing a production launch through to ongoing operations – ensuring our teams deliver on committed outcomes
* Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value customer relationships, building trust with senior stakeholders and navigating complex organizational dynamics
* Build and maintain mutual action plans that define scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics; and hold both internal teams and customer stakeholders accountable to them
* Coordinate cross-functionally with solution engineers, design, core platform engineering, and device operations to ensure deliverables arrive on time and in full
* Facilitate all customer-facing meetings: setting agendas, running sessions, and ensuring follow-through
* Work with the customer to define and report on program KPIs that demonstrate the health of their project supply chains, and ongoing value from working with CargoSense
* Field customer requests for modifications to automations, workflows, dashboards, and platform functionality, and work with product leadership to determine the right course of action
* Manage the transition between solution phases – from pilot handoff through commercial agreement and into production launch – adjusting scope and expectations as needed
* Identify and escalate risks early, proactively developing mitigation strategies rather than reacting to problems as they surface
*What We're Looking For*
* *5–8+ years of experience* in program management, project management, customer success, or a similar cross-functional delivery role
* Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder customer engagements
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority programs simultaneously
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, particularly with senior customer stakeholders
* Comfort operating and making decisions without complete information
* A track record of proactively identifying risks and solving problems before they escalate
*Nice to Have*
* Experience in supply chain, logistics, or related industries
* Experience in heavy industrial sectors; specifically construction, datacenter, energy, mining
* Familiarity with IoT solutions or sensor-based platforms
Pay: $130,000.00 - $174,000.00 per year
