功能安全工程师 Project Engineer

1. Certification, testing and assessment Business Development in functional safety of Power Electronics industry, such as inverter, power conversion devices, BMS and Energy storage system. 电力电子行业功能安全领域的认证、测试与评估业务拓展，涵盖逆变器、电力转换装置、电池管理系统（BMS）及储能系统等方向。

2. Preparing technical documents of project and evaluate test results according to relevant standards and regulations, such as IEC/EN 61508, IEC/EN/UL 60730-1 Annex H, EN ISO 13849-1/-2. ISO 26262-x is preferred. 编制项目技术文件，并依据相关标准法规（如IEC/EN 61508、IEC/EN/UL 60730-1附录H、EN ISO 13849-1/-2，优先熟悉ISO 26262系列标准）评估测试结果。

3. Performing hardware and software analysis, review and assessment on Power Electronics end products and components, such as MCU, sensor, relay. 对电力电子终端产品及元器件（如微控制器MCU、传感器、继电器等）开展软硬件分析、评审与评估。

4. Providing technical consulting of functional safety to the clients. 为客户提供功能安全相关技术咨询服务。

5. Conducting on-site testing on manufacturer's site. 赴制造商现场开展测试工作。

6. Providing professional, reliable and quick information to clients and team members. 向客户及团队成员提供专业、可靠、高效的信息支持。

7. Studying new standards/decisions/knowledge. 学习新标准、新法规、新知识。

8. Communicating with clients efficiently, establishing and maintaining good relationship with clients. 高效与客户沟通，建立并维护良好的客户关系。

9. Cooperating with other colleagues to achieve the targets. 与其他同事协作，共同达成工作目标。

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in electronics, electrical engineering, automation, computer science, software engineering or similar area. 本科及以上学历，电子、电气工程、自动化、计算机科学、软件工程或相关专业。

2. 1 year working experience in the industry. 1年以上相关行业工作经验。

3. Working experience in analog circuit design, digital circuit design, MCU programing design, software development or similar area is preferred. 有模拟电路设计、数字电路设计、微控制器（MCU）编程设计、软件开发或相关领域工作经验者优先。

4. Working experience in BMS development and R&D is preferred. 有电池管理系统（BMS）开发与研发经验者优先。

5. Working experience in hardware R&D and testing is preferred. 有硬件研发与测试经验者优先。

6. Working experience in software R&D and testing, such as white box testing, software module testing, is preferred. 有软件研发与测试经验（如白盒测试、软件模块测试）者优先。

7. Familiar with functional safety tools and algorithms, such as SIL/PL/SILA level calculation, FMEA tool, diagnostic measures. 熟悉功能安全工具与算法，如安全完整性等级（SIL/PL/SILA）计算、失效模式与影响分析（FMEA）工具、诊断措施等。

8. Good at English reading and speaking. 良好的英语读写与口语能力。

9. Familiar with MS offices. 熟练使用微软办公软件（MS Office）。

10. Can work under pressure and willing to learn new knowledge. 能承受工作压力，乐于学习新知识。
