West Vue Retirement Community is seeking an exceptional Director of Nursing to oversee the Nursing Team at West Vue Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Green House Homes, and Pleasant Valley Manor Residential Care in West Plains, Missouri. A mission-minded organization driven by compassion and care, West Vue is known as a leader in senior living and senior services throughout South-Central Missouri.
This is an incredible opportunity for a talented and compassionate nurse leader to develop and shape the culture of this community as it redefines senior living. The Director of Nursing also works closely with a nursing staffing coordinator, Green House Assistant Manager, and Admissions/Discharge Nurse. Qualified candidates will be responsible for the planning, organization, direction, supervision, and evaluation of all the nursing services provided in the community. Candidates must also be a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 5 years of management experience in the Long-term Care environment. Candidates who have functioned as a Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing are preferred.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
