D365 Customer Insights Journey Specialist - Outside IR35 - 3 months
WeDo are representing a not-for-profit organisation currently seeking a skilled contractor to lead their email marketing activity for an initial 3-month period.
This role offers the chance to take ownership of the planning, delivery and evaluation of impactful email campaigns, while supporting the rollout of a new CRM and email marketing platform.
Key responsibilities include:
Testing and supporting the configuration of Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys
Building and refining emails using new templates ahead of launch
Ensuring compliance with deliverability requirements
Supporting further development of templates as neededAbout you:
Strong background in email marketing campaign management
Hands-on skills in HTML/CSS for email design and build
Experience working with email marketing platforms (Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys essential; DotDigital desirable)This is a great opportunity to make an immediate impact at a pivotal time of change.
