Cybros LLC is seeking a senior IT Project Manager for a full-time, onsite contract role supporting a large-scale enterprise software implementation for a government client in West Palm Beach, FL. The starts June 22, 2026.
You will manage the full project lifecycle — from pre-implementation planning through go-live and post-go-live optimization — serving as the central coordination point across multiple departments, vendors, and stakeholders.

*What You'll Do*
* Develop and maintain a master project plan covering schedules, resources, risks, and budgets across all implementation phases
* Serve as the primary liaison between PZB, the County's Office of Technology & Innovation (OTI), the LMS vendor, and all relevant County departments
* Oversee system integration activities including data migration, API development, and interfacing with existing County technologies
* Lead stakeholder coordination meetings, workshops, and executive briefings
* Develop and execute change management and user adoption strategies, including training materials and knowledge transfer
* Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure quality benchmarks are met before go-live
* Develop and manage project governance documentation including: Project Charter, Integrated Project Schedule, Bi-weekly Status Dashboards, Communication Plan, Risk Plan, Change Control Plan, Go-Live Checklist, and Final Closeout Report
* Coordinate infrastructure, security, and configuration tasks with IT teams and vendors
* Provide post-go-live support through project closeout
*Required Qualifications*
* *Minimum 10 years of IT project management experience*, with at least 5 years managing SaaS and enterprise software deployments
* Demonstrated experience managing *large-scale, multi-departmental IT projects in public sector or government environments*
* At least one comparable project demonstrating *end-to-end PM responsibilities* — pre-implementation through go-live and post-go-live support
* Experience managing *system integrations* including data migration, APIs, and vendor coordination
* Strong change management, stakeholder communication, and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to pass a *CJIS (Criminal Justice Information Services) background check* prior to start date
*Preferred Qualifications*
* Prior experience with *land management, permitting, planning, inspections, zoning, or code compliance systems* — Accela, Tyler Technologies, OpenGov, or similar platforms strongly preferred
* Familiarity with *Palm Beach County's Unified Land Development Code (ULDC)* and/or the *Florida Building Code*
* Experience with *GIS integration* in enterprise software implementations
* *PMP certification* (Project Management Professional) or equivalent
* Prior work with Florida county or municipal government agencies
*Work Requirements*
* *Onsite, full-time:* Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM in West Palm Beach, FL
* Must successfully complete CJIS background check prior to start

Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour
