*Software Testing Specialist Full Job Description*
*Overview*
* Responsible for development of testing plan for software products
* Develop and execute manual and automated test cases
* Utilize and stay informed of tools and processes to enhance testing process
* Collaborate closely with Dev, Implementation, Dev/Ops, Design and Support Team Members to assist in creating highest quality releases
* Reporting errors and issues.
* Assist in identifying and solving errors.

* Ongoing testing of features, enhancements and fixes across products.
* Develop and execute testing plan and cases - both automate and manual
* Collaborate across team members to identify requirements and expected use of features.
* Monitor and review error logs.
* Create test cases that meet our internal standards for best practices for a high-scale web environment. Maintain and advocate for these standards through deployment.
* Ensure the development and maintenance of test strategies, test plan, test cases, and reports
* Review software requirements and recommend a test automation strategy to ensure full test coverage keep up requirement change
* Work with Dev team to integrate testing into development process

*Knowledge:*
* Professional experience with software testing
* Experience with Playwright
* Experience with web application development.
* Familiar with Next.js, React, and MS SQL
* A solid understanding in core web and browser concepts.
* Must have solid test case authoring skills to cover all test phases (Functional Verification Testing, System Verification Testing)
* Experience with performance and optimization problems and a demonstrated ability to diagnose these problems.
* Experience with Agile methodology.

* Experience in use of Jira
* Experience in Playwright
* Enterprise software company experience
* Experience working with a remote team
* Testing platform/tool industry experience
* Understanding of software engineering and testing processes.

* Technical: 5 - 8 years
