Our client is currently seeking a Human Resources Advisory to support the HR Team based in Dublin on a hybrid basis.

Responsibilities
- Support core concepts such as career management, performance achievement and compensation
- Work with managers and the wider team to understand Employee Relations and Employment Law
- Coaching
- Supporting broader team across HR with day to day activities
- Consolidate and validate complex data, using Excel
- Creating visually interesting and well-organized presentations
Qualifications
- Excellent understanding of Employee Relations and Ireland Employment Law
- Skilled in Excel (Intermediate to Advanced)
- Skilled in PowerPoint
- Excellent communication xcfaprz (written and oral)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong team leadership experience
- Innovative, creative mindset focused on efficient process operations and continuous process improvement
