Production Manager

We are currently partnering with Very fast growing company who are looking to bring in a Production manager to join their team. This role is ideal for a proactive, organised individual who thrives in a team environment.

• Plan, schedule, and monitor customer orders to ensure timely delivery
  
• Collaborate with Logistics, Purchasing, QA, and other departments to support smooth operations
  
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, validation, and Health & Safety requirements
  
• Manage investigations, deviations, audits, and SOP documentation
  
• Set production targets, monitor performance, and implement improvements
  
• Support training, resource planning, and team development
