We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Planner to support the delivery of major Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Infrastructure, Commercial & Residential projects based in Dublin.

The Senior Planner will be responsible for the development, management, and monitoring of project programmes on large-scale data centre developments. This role requires strong planning expertise, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to provide forward-looking insights that support project certainty and performance.

• Prepare detailed contract and project programmes.
• Produce monthly progress reports and present schedule updates to the wider project team.
• Monitor outputs, trends, and resource needs to strengthen the planning department’s knowledge base.
• Complete all scheduling and reporting requirements for tender submissions and live contracts.
• Ensure all planning deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

• Work closely with the project delivery team on all scheduling-related activities.
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with consultants, subcontractors, and the wider supply chain.
• Conduct short- and medium-term planning reviews to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Challenge assumptions, explore alternative construction approaches, and contribute to continuous improvement across the project.

Experience & Qualifications

• Relevant third-level degree (Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline).
• 5+ years’ industry experience.
• Proven planning and scheduling experience on Data Centre projects.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint. xcfaprz
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
