Nursery Assistant

Position: Nursery Practitioner - Level 2

Hours: 34 hours per week

Salary: £30,045

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Ensure each child’s individual needs are met, delivering high-quality care and education in a safe and nurturing environment.
• Observe, assess, and plan engaging early years activities that cater to each child's unique learning and development.
• Collaborate as a professional team member, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied.
• Follow risk assessments diligently and report any health and safety matters to management.
• Support the holistic development of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

• Essential: Full and relevant Level 2 childcare qualification and fluency in written and spoken English.
• Desirable: Over 1 year of experience working in Early Years and knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements.
