Nursery Practitioner - Level 3

Position: Level 3 Practitioner

Hours: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday

Salary: £28,308 per annum (£13.61 per hour)

As a Nursery Practitioner, your main duties will include:

• Creating stimulating and purposeful experiences for children, tailored to their age and development stage.
• Ensuring compliance with the statutory framework for the EYFS.
• Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the nursery.
• Supporting the smooth running of the nursery and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children, staff, and families.
• Building professional relationships and reporting any concerns to management as per company policy.
• Facilitating a strong key person approach to help children form secure attachments.
• Participating in regular team meetings to stay updated on key priorities and company policies.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification – essential
• Fluency in written and spoken English – essential
• Over 1 year of experience working in Early Years – desirable
• Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements – desirable
